Need to update your personal information with Collective? It’s as easy as using the Profile section on your Collective dashboard. However, updating your profile on Collective won't automatically update the information with any of the other platforms your business may use.
If you change your name, email, phone or personal address, make sure that your personal information is also up-to-date on following:
Your QuickBooks Online account
Your Gusto account
Your Slack account
If your email address, address or phone number has been updated, you may also want to update:
Your bank accounts
Your registered agent
Clients or vendors
Updating business is a bit more complicated, since you would need to update city and state officials about the change. Please reach out to us if you need to update business information as well. Here you can read more about changing your business address.
