Not Allowed for S Corp Owners

The following expenses can't be listed as expenses on your S Corp's Profit and Loss Report, but check with our tax team to see if they can be listed on your personal tax return.

  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

  • Dependent Care Account (DCA)

  • Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA)

Note: Health insurance premium payments to COBRA obtained from a previous W2 employer can not be run through the S Corp and reported as self employed health insurance.
