To remove 2-factor authentication from your MyTaxIL account, please follow the instructions listed below:
- Visit the MyTaxIL website and log in using your Username and Password.
- Once logged in, click "Manage My Profile" on the top-right.
- Under the "Security" section, you'll see "Codes are sent via email/Phone". Click "Change Two-Step Settings"
- Click the small "x" with your email/phone number/authentication app.
- Save the settings and log out.
