To remove 2-factor authentication from your MyTaxIL account, please follow the instructions listed below:

Visit the MyTaxIL website and log in using your Username and Password.

Once logged in, click "Manage My Profile" on the top-right.

Under the "Security" section, you'll see "Codes are sent via email/Phone". Click "Change Two-Step Settings"

Click the small "x" with your email/phone number/authentication app.

Save the settings and log out.
Done!
