Delaware law requires most businesses with employees to carry worker's compensation coverage for their employees. As a single-member LLC member, you may elect not to be subject to Delaware Workers Compensation Law by completing the agreement linked below.

When filling out the form, select Limited Liability Company (LLC) as the type of business. Once you have completed the form, you can email it to Patrice.Jackson@delaware.gov and they will process it.
