My friend forgot to use my code
These things happen and it’s no problem. Ideally, reach out and notify us the same month they join.
We recognize that isn’t always possible. If one of your friends joins and forgets to use your code at checkout, reach out to referrals@collective.com with their first and last name and the email they used at checkout if you have it.
Scenarios where commissions may not apply
There are a few instances where you may not receive a commission for members you referred. You may not receive a commission when:
Another code was used
Sometimes, your friends know multiple people who are members of Collective.
If one of your referrals already used someone else’s code at checkout, we may not be able to credit you for that referral. We still encourage you to reach out, so we can look into it.
Your friend cancels their membership within 30 days
Your friend may decide to cancel their membership. Should they cancel within 30 days of joining, your commission will not be paid.
