In preparation for the Business Insight Call with your Onboarding Accountant where we will build your S Corp Year-To-Date Profit & Loss statement, please follow the instructions below.

Look for an invite email from Xero with "Invitation to join" in the subject line.

Click the link under the line that says "To accept this invitation please use the following link:"

Click the green "Accept Invite" button

Create a password and click the green "Create" button

Done!

Tip: When you log in the second time, Xero will require you to set up an authenticator app,
You can use the Xero Verify app or any other authenticator app you may have already downloaded in the past (authy, google, etc.)
Whether you choose the Xero Verify application or a different authenticator app, the screenshot of the steps with the QR code will look similar.
You'll have two choices - either use a backup email (i.e. personal email) or answer security questions.
Note: If you choose a backup email, a code will be sent to the chosen email.
Once you've answered the security questions or entered the code from your backup email, your setup is complete! The next time you log in, you will have to use the authenticator app again, but this time check the box for Xero to recognize your computer which then will require you to use the authenticator app every 30 days instead of each time you log into Xero.
