Change or update your business name, business address, business phone number and business email on your invoices by following the steps below.
- Open your invoice settings by clicking on the Gear.
- Click Business Info.
- Update or change your information.
- Click Save.
Updating your business email address on invoices
The email address displayed on your invoice is the email address associated with your Collective membership. To update the email address displayed on your invoice, you’ll first need to update your Collective email address.
- Click Profile.
- Click Edit.
- Update your email address.
- Click Save.
Please keep in mind that changing your email address will change your Collective login details. You’ll use your new email address to login to your Collective account and all Collective communications will be sent to your new email address.
