Add new clients, view your client list, edit or update your client's email address, and delete clients.
Add a new client
- Open your invoice settings by clicking on the Gear.
- Click Clients.
- Click Add to add a new client.
- Enter your client's name and primary email address. If you want to CC or BCC additional emails when you send an invoice, add those addresses.
- Click Save.
Edit and delete a client
- Open your invoice settings by clicking on the Gear.
- Click Clients.
- Click on the client you want to edit or delete.
- Update the information you want to edit. Click Save.
- Archive a client by clicking Delete Client.
Restore a deleted client
Deleting a client doesn’t permanently delete their profile. The client will be archived and can be restored anytime.
- Click on the filter button and select Archived clients.
- Click on the client you want to restore.
- Click Restore Client.
- When prompted, click Yes.
View and filter your client list
View your client list anytime under Clients. You can find current and past clients by using the filter option and filtering by Active and Archived clients.
