Understanding your business expenses is a key part of staying organized and tax-ready. Whether you are tracking your monthly investment, updating your payment details, or looking for historical receipts for your records, Collective provides several self-service tools to view or manage your membership billing.
How to View Your Payment History
There are two primary ways to access your membership costs and payment history:
1. Check Your Email Receipts
By default, Collective sends a billing receipt for Collective transactions to the email address on file for your account.
- Search your inbox: Look for emails from Collective
- Identify key details: Use subject lines containing "Receipt" or "Invoice #" to quickly find what you need
- Check your spam folder: Sometimes automated billing emails can be filtered incorrectly by email providers
Note: Membership and any additional services (such as payroll or foreign registration) are invoiced separately. You will receive a separate invoice and email for each charge.
2. Utilize Your Collective Dashboard
If you want to see your total payments to Collective for a specific time period or want to understand how these costs impact your business financials, you can use the reporting tools within your dashboard.
- Log in to your Collective dashboard and go to the Accounting tab
- Click Reports
- Choose General Ledger
- Set the report period and filter by the category "Legal & Professional"
- In most cases, your Collective membership fees are categorized here, allowing you to see the specific dates and amounts for each transaction.
Standard Membership Pricing
Collective offers tailored support based on your business structure. While specific costs are detailed in your individual receipts, here is a general overview of our standard monthly membership pricing:
