Member Support Associate
When you have a question about your account, the platform, billing, or general logistics, your Member Support Associate will respond. They handle the day-to-day account management questions that aren't specifically about tax calculations or bookkeeping entries — think of them as your account guide.
Bookkeeping Team
This team keeps your books clean and current. They review your linked business transactions, categorize activity according to standard bookkeeping practices, and flag anything that looks unusual or needs your input. Clean books are what makes informed decisions, accurate tax filings, and clear financial reporting possible throughout the year.
Tax Team
The tax team handles preparation of your business returns and stays available for complex tax questions year-round.
Payroll Specialist (S Corp Members only)
For members operating under an S Corp election, a team of Payroll Specialists support concerns related to running payroll. If you have an S Corp election, this is a meaningful part of your support structure.
Member Success Manager (S Corp Members only)
S Corp members are assigned a dedicated Member Success Manager (MSM) once beginning balances are established. Your MSM is available to meet with you to walk you through any questions, make sure you're getting value from the platform, and help you stay on track operationally throughout the year. This is the person to lean on for bigger-picture questions about how everything fits together.
