To sum it up:
Throughout the onboarding phase, you will be guided through a series of steps on your Collective dashboard that aim to effortlessly integrate your bank accounts for accounting and payroll functionalities.
This process includes the setup of payroll accounts for both employees and the company, accompanied by the pivotal task of uploading essential documents. These documents, and your set up will be reviewed by your designated Onboarding Accountant, before you can schedule your training call.
Attach Business Bank Accounts and personal if business transactions exists in that account
Set up Business Payroll Account
Set up Employee Payroll Account
Upload business bank statements
Once your set up is complete, you will meet with your Onboarding Accountant. From there, things will be as hands-free as possible while we assist with keeping your business' financials in tip top shape!
