Once your registration is submitted, you should receive the following email from [email protected].
Please follow these steps to create the online account and retrieve your Payroll Tax account ids:
Click the link in the email that says "create a username and password"
It will open the page with some information about who is eligible to create the INTIME Account. Click "Next"
Are you registering as a Business or an Individual? Select "Business" and go to the next page.
ID Type: Select "FEIN" and enter your FEIN. Also, enter the full Legal name of your business. Go to the next page.

On the final page, review the information and hit "Submit"
You will now see a confirmation message. Save the confirmation PDF for your own records.
You will also receive an email from the Department of Revenue confirming the new account setup.
Please go back to the main page and log in using the credentials created in the previous steps. When you log in for the first time, the website will ask you to set up 2 factor authentication.
Once logged in, you should be able to see your Withholding account ID in the format WTH-XXXXXXXXXX and some "Action items".
Click on the Action items tab and view the correspondence available in your inbox.
You will find a Registration letter with "Taxpayer ID" number.
Add this account id to Gusto by logging into your Gusto account. From the left handside menu, click Taxes & Compliance> Tax Setup> Manage Taxes> Click the Edit pencil next to Taxpayer Identification Number and enter the account id. You might have to enter 001 as suffix (standard location code for one business location). Hit "Save"
Also, rename the document as "Taxpayer ID Document" and upload this letter to your documents via Collective dashboard.
Drop us an email at [email protected] - Attn: Employer Registration Team, and one of our experts will get back to you with answers.
