Call the NY Express Business Support Center
Next, please call the New York State Business Information Center and request access to your business. Please let them know that you are the Owner/Officer of the LLC and share your NY Business Express login details with them. They will verify some information and put in a request to link your NY-Withholding and Unemployment account to the login that you created in the previous steps. It takes about 24 - 48 hrs to process this request.
Once the request gets processed, you should have access to your Withholding and Unemployment account under your own login.
