Kentucky Online Gateway (KOG) Account Creation

If your Withholding Tax Registration was processed by Collective, you may have received the following email from the Kentucky Online Gateway (KOG).

This email is an invitation to create a log-in and access your Withholding, Corporate Income Tax, and other accounts assigned to you by the KY Department of Revenue. To gain access to your Kentucky accounts, please follow these steps:

  1. Click the "Click here to complete the process" link in the email.

  2. It will open the following page. Click "Create new account"


  3. Enter the requested information, including your name, email address, and other information. Also, set up 2 security questions. Click "Sign up"

  4. You should receive another email from KOG for account activation. Click the link in the email to activate the account and log in.

  5. Once logged in, you should see the following screen. Click "Launch" under Kentucky Business One Stop section.


  6. Click "Use my account" under "Already have a KOG account?" and enter your username and password to log in. Sometimes, the system directly opens the page with your account information and you might not have to enter the username/password again.

  7. You should now see your account information. Click on your Business name or CBI number to view your Withholding, Corporate Income Tax, and other accounts and related options.

  8. You can also update your Username, password and secret questions by clicking the "Account settings" icon on the top right.
